Rules & Regulations:
For both the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, it is an individual guest's responsibility to submit a credit card number, or be willing to make a deposit of one (1) night's room/suite rate plus applicable taxes (9% Clark County room tax), at the time of reservation, be it online, in-person, or by phone. Guest's credit card will be charged one (1) night's stay plus applicable taxes at the time of reservation. Any non-secured reservations will automatically be cancelled within fourteen (14) days of reservation date. Refunds will be issued on an individual guest's reservation cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to confirmed check-in/arrival date. All secured reservations will be held until 6:00am on the day after guest's confirmed check-in/arrival date. Guests are responsible for payment of the remaining room balance, including tax and incidentals, upon check-out. A charge of thirty dollars ($30) will be added for each guest over double occupancy, with a maximum of four (4) guests per room. Cut-off date for the Photoshop World special room rate (see above listing) is Monday, August 4, 2008.

The discount is available on a wide selection of cars, including the weeks prior to and after the conference. Or reserve online, have your discount number automatically included in your reservation, and receive an email confirmation.
